Recruitment Specialist

Overview

For our internal team, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Make the first introductory calls, take thorough notes, and plan the interview, feedback gathering, and debriefing processes. • Use your expertise and experience in the tech sector to inform decisions. • To draw in top talent, spearhead talent branding campaigns that include events and content production. • Create recruitment tactics that use specialized networking technologies to find competent individuals.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least two years of technical sales or recruitment experience and be able to prioritize and handle a heavy workload of requisitions. • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities; a passion for engaging with clients and candidates • Knowledge of computer programs and CRM systems • Achieve success in a fast-paced setting. • Adept in balancing and performing a variety of tasks
