The Product Supervisor will be in charge of daily operations pertaining to inventory control, customer satisfaction, and product quality. Product development supervision, market trend analysis, stakeholder communication, first-rate customer service, and employee training are among the duties.
• Ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements through quality checks and process improvements. • Oversee stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and implement strategies to prevent shortages or overstocking. • Track customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends to support product development and strategic decisions. • Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to enhance existing products and assist in new product launches. • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to maintain efficiency and high performance. • Address customer concerns, collect feedback, and implement solutions to improve the overall product experience.
• Supervisory Skills: Capacity to successfully lead and oversee a group • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are examples of analytical skills. • Skills in Customer Service and Communication: Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and deliver first-rate customer service • Instruction: expertise in leading training sessions and enhancing employee competencies • Excellent planning abilities and meticulousness • It is advantageous to have prior expertise in the construction or manufacturing industries. • Having at least four years of relevant experience and a master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline
