Overview

To oversee online and offline marketing initiatives and support the company's growth and influence, we are seeking a hybrid digital marketer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Identify target audiences and create effective messaging to drive engagement and conversions. • Manage and grow the company’s presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). • Develop and schedule engaging content, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics. • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to optimize reach. • Create compelling content, including blog posts, website copy, infographics, and videos. • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). • Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize for maximum ROI. • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize conversions and reduce cost per acquisition. • Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention. • Manage mailing lists, segment audiences, and analyze open/click-through rates. • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations. • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM software. • Generate insights and reports to refine strategies and improve marketing ROI. • Set KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions. • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality marketing materials. • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices. • Experiment with new strategies and technologies to enhance digital presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing platforms. • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.). • Strong understanding of web design principles, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) are a plus.
