Overview

A responsible, well-organized front desk/receptionist is needed to join our team. Support will be given in a timely and well-organized way by the perfect applicant. A range of duties pertaining to managers' working lives and communication will be assigned to you one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every visitor and help them check in and out. Retain a cheerful disposition and a kind manner. • Answer any enquiries and requests from visitors. • Take and transfer phone calls • Oversee reservations and guest bookings. • Maintain a neat and organized workstation. • Help with clerical and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Every guest's comfort and happiness are our first priorities, and the hotel receptionist's demeanor and attitude should always reflect that. • HND, SHS graduate, or any other appropriate credential. • Adept at using the Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. • Speaking English fluently is advantageous. • The capacity to remain upbeat and amiable in the face of extreme stress. • Outstanding multitasking and organizing abilities. • Professional demeanor
