Overview

We are seeking a Project (Engineering Channel Sales) Specialist to find and contact architects, construction consultants, and real estate firms that work on high-value projects in order to increase sales. The chosen applicant will be in charge of customer relationship management, business development, negotiations, and sales reporting in order to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach possible customers in the building, architectural, and real estate industries. • To close commercial transactions, cultivate and preserve connections with architects, consultants, and decision-makers. • To create leads, investigate and map out potential clients and projects. Prepare and deliver discussions and sales proposals to prospective customers. • Create and maintain enduring customer connections to guarantee recurring business. • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their project requirements and offer customized solutions. • Continue to interact regularly with important stakeholders and ongoing initiatives. • Assure client satisfaction and offer post-purchase assistance. • To find new business prospects, track and evaluate market trends. • Keep thorough records of all communications with clients, proposals, and orders that have been confirmed. • Report on project progress and sales success on a weekly or monthly basis. • Offer competitive analysis to improve business planning.

Requirements

• At least two years of sales experience in the construction, hardware, tile, or similar sectors. • Hardware companies, Orca Deco, Devtraco Broc, Gold Key, B5 Plus, K. Ofori, Azar Paints, Iron Industry, Insurance Companies, and West Africa Decor Tiles are among the preferred backdrops. • Expertise in company growth, customer prospecting, and B2B sales. • Shown aptitude for creating ideas, negotiating, and closing high-value transactions. • Strong interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities. • Self-driven, capable of working on their own and achieving goals. Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Having a current driver's license is advantageous.
