We are seeking an organized and motivated Secretary to join our team. In order to support office operations effectively, the ideal applicant will be in charge of managing clerical and administrative tasks and must live in Spintex or the neighboring areas.
• Organize and preserve files, office records, and private papers. • Respond professionally to all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and letters. • Organize appointments, meetings, and the workplace calendar. • Create formal documents such as invoices, reports, and memoranda. • Help with bookkeeping duties including tracking expenses and managing petty cash. • Organize the workspace and keep an eye on the stock of office supplies. • Greet and guide guests, customers, and business associates with courtesy. • Assist with other administrative duties as delegated by management.
• SHS graduation, an HND, a diploma, or a bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, office management, or a similar discipline are the minimum requirements. • Experience: A minimum of one to two years in a comparable position, including internships or part-time work. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook from the Microsoft Office Suite. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Professional manner with a keen eye for detail.
