Overview

The Communications Specialist will assist the organization Project in carrying out its communications plan by producing material for a variety of platforms, such as blogs, social media, videos, and newsletters.

Responsibilities

• To guarantee consistent, coordinated message across all communications channels, create and manage a content schedule. • Assist with the planning and creation of newsletters, finding and revising material to showcase important organization projects and activities every three months. • Work together with authors, editors, and contributors to produce interesting company blogs that are posted on the company website. • Encourage the distribution of multimedia material across a variety of platforms while maintaining adherence to brand standards. • Work together with internal and external stakeholders to use compelling narrative to increase the organization's impact. • To keep a strong online presence, plan and produce social media material, scheduling and releasing it. • Collaborate with interested parties to produce engaging images and videos for social media. • Track social media performance and offer frequent analysis and suggestions for enhancement. • As needed, assist in organizing the creation of further video projects as well as an organization video series. • Make sure films are suitable for different platforms and in line with organization ' goals and work packages. • Work together with the localization and translation teams to modify video material for viewers in different regions.

Requirements

• Professional experience: At least five years in a communications position, with a track record of successfully overseeing a variety of initiatives and communication channels. • Material creation: Proven capacity to provide excellent written and graphic material for blogs, social media, and newsletters. • Excellent coordination abilities: strong organizational abilities to work with a variety of stakeholders and oversee several projects. • Social media expertise: The ability to effectively manage and analyses social media platforms in order to increase reach and engagement. • Technical expertise: Knowledge of social networking, email marketing, content management systems, and simple graphic design. • Attention to detail: Careful about upholding standards of excellence for every output.
