The Finance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Create and manage budgets, projections, and financial models to guarantee the stability and well-being of the company's finances. • To find trends and patterns for decision-making processes, track and examine financial data. • Create and evaluate financial statements, such as cash flow, balance, and income statements. • Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership by working with other departments. • In order to conduct financial audits and adhere to regulatory standards, coordinate with external auditors. • To guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations, take part in the creation and execution of financial policies and processes. • Oversee the company's payables and receivables. • Communicate with tax officials and make sure taxes are paid. • Oversee financial transactions, including as cash management, employee spending, and reconciliations. • Take care of all Letters of Credit-related tasks, such as document preparation, submission, and negotiation. • In order to guarantee proper and prompt processing of Letters of Credit, communicate with banks, clients, and suppliers. • Keep an eye on Letters of Credit's status to make sure the terms and conditions are being followed. • Give company executives financial direction and assistance to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar discipline. • Three or more years of experience in accounting and financial positions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Advanced understanding of reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling. • Strong precision and attention to detail. • Knowledgeable about ERP and finance applications • The capacity to operate alone in a fast-paced setting and adjust to shifting priorities. • Familiarity with tax laws and rules pertaining to compliance. • It is ideal if you have prior experience with letters of credit.
