Security Operations Manager

Overview

Overseeing daily security operations, managing network and physical security, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity measures will fall under the purview of the Security Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security activities to ensure the safety of physical and digital assets within the organization. • Supervise and enhance security protocols for physical premises, including access control and surveillance systems. • Oversee network security to detect, prevent, and respond to any cyber threats, ensuring that internal systems are protected. • Identify and address security vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks to minimize risk exposure. • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and protocols to protect the organization from external and internal threats. • Act as the point of contact for security incidents, ensuring that all breaches and vulnerabilities are promptly addressed and mitigated.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Operations Management • Knowledge of both network security and physical security • Knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management • Proficiency in security operations and management • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Shown expertise in the security sector. • A bachelor's degree in information security, security management, or a similar discipline
