Logistics Manager

Overview

The chosen applicant will be in charge of controlling logistical expenses, guaranteeing prompt and effective product delivery, and upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily logistical activities, such as last-mile delivery and packing. • To guarantee effective and timely delivery of products, plan and optimize delivery routes. • Oversee contracts, performance reviews, and problem-solving in your interactions with outside delivery agents. • Assure precise and effective fulfilment of customer orders while delivering top-notch customer support. • Oversee and inspire the logistics group, offering direction and instruction as required. • Report on logistics operations on a regular basis, covering delivery and team performance as well as logistics expenses. • To boost productivity and efficiency, continuously evaluate and enhance logistical operations and procedures. • Form new alliances and look for joint venture options with players in third-party logistics. • To guarantee efficient logistical operations, cooperate and communicate with coworkers and suppliers as well as other departments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar discipline. • A minimum of five years' experience managing logistics, ideally in an e-commerce or logistics setting. • Outstanding leadership and organizing abilities, together with a keen eye for detail and analytical aptitude. • Strong understanding of operations and logistics management concepts. • It will be advantageous to have prior e-commerce job experience.
