Overview

The ideal applicant will be in charge of finding, creating, and overseeing strategic alliances to promote company expansion. A dynamic person with outstanding communication skills, a keen understanding of business, and a love for establishing and preserving connections is needed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Find and seize fresh collaboration possibilities that complement the business's expansion plan. • To guarantee continued cooperation, cultivate and preserve solid connections with current partners. • Create and implement collaboration plans to expand market reach, income, and brand awareness. • To guarantee that partnerships are implemented successfully, work together with internal departments including marketing, sales, and product development. • Discuss terms, contracts, and partnership agreements. • Track and evaluate partnership success indicators, giving stakeholders frequent updates and insights. • To find possible collaboration prospects, keep abreast of market changes, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Shown expertise in company development, relationship development, or a related field. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities. • The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. • Outstanding project management and organizing abilities. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM applications, and other pertinent programs. • Analytical attitude with the capacity to understand information and reach well-informed conclusions.
