Field Services Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities

• In charge of setting up and installing the retailer's access point (AP) equipment at their locations. • Educate shops on basic troubleshooting after installation. • Identifying and fixing installation-related and internet-connected technical hardware and software problems. • A poor LAN connection, problems with radio or router connections, etc., might be among the problems. • Maintain a positive relationship between the retailer and the customer.

Requirements

• Qualifications: HND, BSc, or BA • One year of experience • Employment Type: Information and Computer Technology (ICT)/Computer BTech, B.Sc., or HND in Engineering Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field (2.1 or above credit) • Solid networking expertise (being a CCNA is a bonus). • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Capabilities to do several tasks • Identify and fix technical hardware and software problems with internet access, inverter/battery problems, etc.
