Overview

Leading high-value digital transformation projects, interacting with enterprise clients in Ghana and French West Africa, and creating and carrying out the company's BI and analytics strategy are all part of your job description.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement go-to-market plans for company's analytics and business intelligence division. • Find, evaluate, and seal high-value business intelligence and digital transformation opportunities. • Increase the company's presence in Francophone West Africa while cultivating enduring bonds with technology partners, regulators, and corporate clients. • Own and lead the Group Analytics & Customer Insights business's revenue goals, pipeline growth, and market expansion. • Using webinars, whitepapers, and speaking engagements, position your organization as a thought leader in digital transformation and business intelligence. • Serve as a trusted adviser and strategic consultant to customers, assisting them with: BI strategy and implementation — enabling companies to take advantage of real-time insights. • Modernization and cloud migration: converting traditional IT into scalable, flexible settings. • Adoption of AI and automation: enhancing efficiency with clever fixes. • Data governance and security: maximizing the potential of data while guaranteeing regulatory compliance. • Conduct executive briefings and seminars on best practices and new developments in technology. • Keep up with the latest developments in AI-driven insights, advanced analytics, and business intelligence. • Has a strategic and technical grasp of: • Platforms for BI and data analytics: Looker, Domo, Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI • Cloud solutions: Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure • AI & Automation: Predictive analytics, RPA, generative AI, and machine learning • Data Infrastructure: IoT, Edge Computing, ETL, Data Lakes, and Data Warehousing • Security and Compliance: cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance structures • Collaborate closely to develop and deliver end-to-end transformation solutions with company's technical teams, presales engineers, and partners. • Maintain executive connections with heads of digital transformation, CIOs, and CTOs. • Promote account-based sales tactics to guarantee enduring collaborations and income expansion. • Assist business customers in creating data-driven plans to increase productivity, creativity, and return on investment. • Establish the business as the go-to partner for digital transformation in important sectors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of expertise in sales of enterprise technology, digital transformation, or business intelligence. • Shown success in solution selling, company growth, and consulting. • Profound technical knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and new digital technologies. • Strong proficiency in automation, cloud computing, AI, and data visualization. • Experience working with government organizations, banks, telecoms, and big businesses. • Fluency in French is required (only those who speak English and French). • Strong presenting, negotiating, and executive presence abilities. • Autonomous, self-driven, and capable of launching a firm in untapped areas. • 50% of the time, they are at ease travelling throughout French West Africa.
