• Reconcile, publish, distribute, and verify accounts payable and receivable. • Create accounting reports that are free of errors and report the findings. • Examine financial data and compile your financial situation. • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts through transaction verification, allocation, posting, reconciliation, and dispute resolution with Teams • Transfers subsidiary accounts, creates a trial balance, and reconciles entries to maintain the general ledger. • Payroll is created by starting computer processing, producing checks, and having the team verify the final result. • Helping to prepare for the yearly audit. • Looking into and fixing non-compliance problems, account inconsistencies, and audit results. • Preparing the reconciliation of daily and monthly bank statements. • Share your bank statement with the team by downloading it. • Create daily tasks and sales reports, including bank reconciliation, cash flow, and collection. • For every monthly closure provision, prepare a monthly entry. • Compile the financial sheet, expenses, vendors, and customers. • Manage the GRA and SSNIT tax audits.
• A bachelor of accounting degree. An advantage is having a professional certificate in finance or accounting. • Five years in a comparable position and have worked in the same or a related business before
