Overview

The most qualified applicants will be able to run the store on their own while the owner is not there and should know how to use POS and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with purchases and questions while maintaining top-notch customer support. • Oversee daily retail operations, such as opening and closing protocols. • Effectively manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to facilitate transactions. • Continue to keep the store orderly and tidy. • Keep an eye on stock levels and help with replenishments when required. • Make sure that sales and inventory records are kept accurately. • Reconcile daily sales data and manage cash. • Take the initiative to quickly address consumer concerns and complaints.

Requirements

• HND, diploma, or polytechnic certificate. • It is advantageous to have prior retail or comparable experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • The capacity to properly and independently run the store. • Proficiency with POS and operating systems. • Great organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
