Senior Architect

Overview

To oversee the planning and implementation of superior architectural projects, we are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive training and experience. The ideal applicant will be in charge of managing the complete architectural process, from conception to completion, making sure that every project complies with our criteria for innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural design process from inception to conclusion, making sure that it complies with client requirements and business goals. • Create comprehensive architectural designs, specifications, and drawings that adhere to industry standards and local construction codes. • To guarantee smooth project execution, supervise and communicate with project teams made up of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. • To keep an eye on quality, progress, and compliance with design requirements, conduct site visits and inspections. • Make sure all designs incorporate economical and environmentally sustainable solutions while adhering to sustainability, safety, and functional standards. • Examine and accept architectural blueprints, making the required modifications to improve the practicality and efficiency of the design. • Junior architects and design teams should get mentoring and direction. • To improve design quality and efficiency, stay current with evolving technology, industry trends, and best practices. • Oversee project deliverables, finances, and schedules to make that they are completed within the allotted scope. • Communicate with clients to learn about their needs, offer design concepts, and take their input into account as the project progresses.

Requirements

• Architecture bachelors or master's degree. • At least seven years of expertise in project management and architectural design. • Ghanaian architects that are licensed or registered are favored. • Competence with many architectural design programs, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up. • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, zoning laws, and building codes. • Shown expertise in creative design solutions and sustainable architecture. • Outstanding leadership and project management abilities. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • A keen eye for detail combined with a strong sense of style and utility.
