The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing budgets, keeping track of finances, and making sure financial laws are followed. Strong analytical abilities, meticulousness, and a solid grasp of financial concepts are required of the perfect applicant.
• Use the ERP to precisely generate, book, and clear bills for clients. • Make that reservations are made on schedule, accurately, and that profits are realized. • Assist with account receivable management • Statement reconciliation for clients, closely collaborating with the sales department • Make sure that all Ad Managers accurately record COGS, and immediately realize the related income. • Calculate the sales departments and other executives' monthly commissions, variable wages, and incentives. • Verifies that all contracts, purchase orders, tax certificates, invoices, and other pertinent paperwork are uploaded to and cited in the ERP and Finance systems in accordance with local tax laws. Drive by Google • Assist with month-end and make sure the finance department's obligations are fulfilled • Assistance with financial, sales, and business intelligence reporting and analysis • Collaborate with sales and other divisions to guarantee adherence to business procedures. • Support for all initiatives aimed at reducing the risk of bad debt and ensuring prompt money recovery • Make sure that every work is completed with a high degree of correctness, initiative, regulatory compliance, and timeliness. • Actively seek out and suggest enhanced procedures that might benefit the company and aid in achieving its objectives. • Keep abreast with pertinent legal requirements and industry best practices. • Assist the finance and sales departments with any and all tasks that will enable the business to reach its profit and revenue goals. • Continue to have solid, trustworthy connections with all external stakeholders and internal colleagues. • Make sure that every action complies with the company's code of conduct.
• A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline. • Shown expertise in revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and financial analysis. • Knowledge in financial reporting, sales analysis, and ERP systems. • Excellent analytical abilities for creating, scheduling, and clearing bills with accuracy. • Expertise in guaranteeing accurate and on-time booking and revenue realization. • Ability to effectively oversee and assist with the accounts receivable process. • The capacity to work with the sales department to reconcile client account statements. • Understanding how to capture COGS from ad managers and instantly realize the related income. • Proficiency in calculating incentives, variable pay, and monthly commissions for sales and other executives • Meticulousness in making sure that all contracts, purchase orders, tax certificates, invoices, and other documents adhere to local tax laws.
