Advertising Operations Associate

Overview

By overseeing campaigns from A to Z across our Sponsored Products and Display ad servers, the Advertising Ad Ops Associate will be in charge of increasing Advertising Revenue in Ghana.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Advertising Campaign Management: Serve as the primary contact for any issues pertaining to the performance of campaigns and products in Google Ad Manager, Sponsored Products, and Meta. • Optimization of Campaigns: In charge of daily campaign optimization and consistent coordination with key account managers to drive campaign KPIs • Troubleshooting: Handle the escalation of any customer, product, or technical concerns to Advertising colleagues and Commercial Key Account Managers. • KPI administration: Operate based on specified quality focused-outcomes for KPIs like Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversions • Expert in communication: Effective in gaining internal stakeholders' support and communicating campaign improvements

Requirements

• A university degree or comparable experience • One to two years of prior experience in an analyst or ad operations function, ideally in an advertising-related setting • Practical experience with business intelligence programs like DataStudio and PowerBI • Proficiency with Excel and outstanding communication abilities • Excellent teamwork abilities, flexibility in a fast-paced workplace, and a desire to have an influence • Strong analytical abilities, an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, and a passion for web marketing, data and reporting, analytics, and technology • Excellent attention to detail and trend awareness; able to quickly recognize and convey tool trends • Capacity to efficiently manage time and prioritize activities, especially in the face of heavy demand • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (spoken, written, and listening)
