Operations Manager

Overview

To guarantee effective warehouse operations, including installation, production coordination, logistics, and inventory control. This position promotes continuous improvement by driving team leadership, safety compliance, customer happiness, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, making sure that inventory is managed effectively and procedures are optimized. • Organize manufacturing plans and oversee logistics to ensure prompt product delivery. • Create plans to increase productivity, save expenses, and boost customer satisfaction. • Work together with cross-functional teams to match business objectives with operations. • Track KPIs, evaluate performance, and make sure corporate and safety regulations are being followed. • Encourage responsibility and excellence by mentoring and supervising warehouse employees.

Requirements

• Operations management bachelor's degree or a similar discipline (a project management master's degree is advantageous). • 5+ years of experience managing a warehouse, ideally in the furniture manufacturing industry 3+ years of managerial experience. • Proficiency in production coordination, logistics, and inventory management. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. • ∙Expertise in warehouse management tools and software. ∙ Teamwork and collaboration.
