Overview

To assist the HR Manager in putting thorough HR procedures and practices into place in order to promote organizational success. Along with leading efforts to identify and manage operational risks within the HR department, you will also guarantee legal compliance throughout HR operations at Shield Pension Trust, a subsidiary of Equity Health Insurance, helping to create a compliant and effective HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, application, and recurring evaluation of Shield Pension Trust's HR policies and processes to make sure they are in line with business goals and industry best practices. • Based on new developments in HR, alterations in regulations, and organizational requirements, suggest policy enhancements to the HR manager. • Make certain that all HR policies are appropriately applied across departments and that workers are informed of them. • Create plans to boost employee morale and foster a pleasant workplace culture. • Encourage change management efforts to facilitate seamless transitions during leadership changes, organizational reorganizations, or the introduction of new policies. • To promote a high-performance culture, supervise the company's performance management system's implementation. • Track trends in staff performance and suggest actions to boost output and effectiveness. • Help the human resources manager create and manage a competitive benefits and pay plan that draws in, keeps, and inspires top people. • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including as health insurance, pensions, and incentive programs. • In all HR-related tasks, make sure that labour laws, employment rules, and corporate policies are followed. • Serve as the main HR point of contact for addressing employee grievances and promoting a good working relationship between employers and employees. • Determine any operational risks to HR and create mitigation plans. • Ascertain compliance with all HR governance and compliance standards, particularly those pertaining to confidentiality and data protection. • Perform recurring HR audits on personnel records to evaluate adherence to corporate goals and internal controls. • Assist junior HR officers and other team members with professional development, mentoring, and leadership.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a comparable professional credential in human resources, business administration, or a similar discipline. • An HRM professional certification • Three (3) years or more of relevant work experience in a similar position. • Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities. • Strong communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. • Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office suite and other pertinent programs. • The capacity to priorities and multitask in a hectic setting. • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. • Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions. • Meticulous and dedicated to precision.
