We are seeking a seasoned and adaptable marketing manager who is keen to create creative plans, motivate staff, and propel company expansion. Through effective campaigns, the ideal applicant will concentrate on increasing brand awareness, drawing in new customers, and cultivating client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plans specifically suited to the home services sector, taking into account the demands of the regional market. • Work together with the SEO expert to include keyword information and search engine optimise campaign material. • To engage target audiences, produce and oversee content for blogs, email marketing, social media, and ads. • To guarantee audience engagement and brand consistency, keep an eye on and improve the business's online presence, including its website and social media accounts. • To find opportunities for improvement, monitor and report on campaign performance data (such as lead generation and conversion rates). • Collaborate closely with the operations and sales departments to match marketing initiatives with consumer demands and corporate goals. • Increase brand recognition and establish the company as the preferred supplier of home services. • Boost client acquisition and retention with multi-channel, focused marketing initiatives. • Utilize market trends and consumer information to create tactics that appeal to nearby property managers and homeowners. • By evaluating campaign effectiveness and adjusting tactics in light of data-driven insights, you may maximize marketing efforts. • Use lead-nurturing strategies to improve the customer journey and turn enquiries into devoted customers.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline, or its equivalent. • Four or more years of marketing expertise, with a track record of creating and implementing effective campaigns. • Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns), HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) are examples of digital marketing tools and platforms. • It is necessary to have prior experience with Zoho CRM and other marketing automation technologies. • Strong analytical abilities and a focus on metrics are necessary to gauge and improve campaign results.
