Marketing and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Find and seize fresh business prospects to broaden the company's customer base. • Create and preserve strategic ties and collaborations. • Create and execute company growth plans to meet financial goals. • Create, design, and carry out a strategic sales plan every year. • Oversee the business development team to meet and surpass goals while making sure employees receive ongoing training and keeping an eye on the calibre of sales through frequent meetings and joint trips. • Create and implement thorough marketing plans to advertise the business's goods and services. • To determine consumer demands, market trends, and the competitive environment, do market research. • Oversee and improve marketing initiatives using a variety of platforms (print, internet, events, etc.). • Organize public relations initiatives to improve the reputation and exposure of your brand. • Create and disseminate official communication materials and newsletters. • Make sure that all communication channels use the same branding and messaging. • Increase brand recognition and identity by implementing focused campaigns and projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline is required; a master's degree is desirable. • Shown expertise in communications, marketing, and business development, ideally in the biotechnology or a similar field. • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and technologies.
