As the Events & Partnerships Manager, you'll lead the charge in launching and establishing a new business line, driving its triumph through strategic alliances and stellar event execution. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to assess demands, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Craft a comprehensive business plan outlining strategies for entering the product-related service markets.
- Negotiate and solidify strategic partnership agreements with various service providers and suppliers in related markets, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and service excellence.
- Develop operational procedures and workflows for streamlined service delivery.
- Collaborate with partners to optimize processes and ensure top-tier service provision.
- Foster enduring relationships with partners to drive long-term collaborations and business expansion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in event management, partnership development, or business development.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.
