Construction Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Participate in contract preparation. • Help with resource planning to adhere to the building timeline • Oversee all construction-related operations and contractors, technicians, and other technical personnel. • During construction, enforce adherence to plans and specifications. Evaluate the suitability of techniques, structures, and equipment to guarantee the attainment of desired health and safety outcomes. • Make certain that projects are finished on time, within budget, in accordance with the terms of the contract, and in accordance with the highest standards of high-quality construction.

Requirements

• A degree in construction, civil engineering, or a similar field is required; having solid installation skills for water equipment will be helpful. • Three (3) years or more of relevant experience after graduation. • Demonstrated capacity for management, leadership, and decision-making. • The capacity to efficiently manage time by fulfilling deadlines.
