Social Media Manager

Overview

We are looking for a driven and innovative Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, expand our following, and strengthen our brand on various social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and keep up social media profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Create and implement innovative and captivating content tactics to increase our internet visibility. • Produce, plan, and publish top-notch content (text, photos, videos, and reels) that is consistent with our brand. • Increase follows, engagement, and reach across all channels. • To increase brand visibility and awareness, track trends and put ideas into action. • Create reports, evaluate performance indicators, and offer suggestions for enhancements. • Interact with followers, reply to messages and comments, and cultivate a vibrant online community. • Keep abreast on platform updates, social media trends, and best practices. • Work together with the marketing group to match social media initiatives with the overarching objectives of the brand.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in a social media manager or related position. • Strong knowledge of the best practices and algorithms for Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Outstanding abilities in copywriting and content production. • The capacity to produce visually appealing reels, graphics, and movies. • Knowledgeable about social media stats and has an analytical attitude. • Imaginative thinker who loves creating brands and conveying stories. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
