Quality Control Officer

Overview

The ideal applicant will be in charge of keeping an eye on and assessing the outputs' quality, spotting problems, and putting fixes in place to satisfy organizational and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• To make sure that set quality standards are being followed, regularly check systems, processes, and products. • Keep an eye on manufacturing procedures to spot and fix any violations from quality standards. • Keep thorough records of all test findings, quality inspections, and remedial measures. • Create thorough reports on quality performance and make recommendations for areas that need work. • To increase operational efficiency and product quality, find inefficiencies in the process and suggest changes. • Work together with the operations and production teams to put quality improvements into practice. • Verify compliance with industry rules, corporate policy, and safety requirements. • Keep abreast of modifications to industry-relevant quality control standards and legislation. • Staff members should get instruction on quality standards, protocols, and best practices. • Assist teams in comprehending and putting quality control procedures into practice.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a similar discipline. • Shown expertise in a quality assurance or control position, ideally in business process outsourcing. • Strong familiarity with quality control tools, procedures, and standards. • Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with the tools and software used in quality management. • Excellent communication abilities and meticulousness.
