Revenue Assurance Officer

Overview

Using automation and sophisticated data analytics, the revenue assurance officer will optimise revenue sources, guarantee data correctness, and stop income leaks. In order to analyse big datasets, find anomalies, and provide useful insights for revenue optimisation, he or she will make use of knowledge of data technologies such as Elasticsearch, MySQL, Power BI, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Revenue streams should be tracked and examined in order to identify and stop inefficiencies in billing and leakage. • Create automated revenue assurance models for real-time monitoring with Elasticsearch and Python. • Large datasets may be extracted, transformed, and analysed from a variety of sources, including MySQL databases. • Using Power BI, create informative dashboards and reports to share findings with stakeholders. • MySQL queries should be managed and optimised for effective data processing and retrieval. • Create and manage Elasticsearch indices to improve the speed of data retrieval and search. • Create ETL pipelines to ensure smooth platform-to-platform data integration. • Build Power BI dashboards for business KPIs, anomalies, and revenue patterns. • Create real-time reporting and automate data pipelines for analytics related to revenue assurance.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a similar discipline. • It is ideal if you are certified in data analytics technologies like Power BI, MySQL, or Python. • Three to five years of expertise in financial monitoring, data analytics, or revenue assurance. • Practical knowledge of automation, ETL, predictive analytics, and data extraction. • Familiarity in managing huge databases and guaranteeing data correctness. • Knowledge of SaaS, fintech, or telecom revenue assurance procedures. • Proficiency with Elasticsearch for real-time search and data indexing applications. • Ability to create and report dashboards using Power BI and MySQL. • Advanced knowledge of Python for automation, predictive analytics, and ETL.
