The manager of sales operations and CRM will be in charge of performance monitoring, stock distribution management, and sales forecasting. They will also make sure the CRM system is used efficiently to promote client acquisition and retention. To optimize operations, automate procedures, and guarantee adherence to sales regulations, he or she will collaborate closely with the teams in charge of sales, marketing, finance, and customer support.
