Overview

The administrative and human resource executive will oversee the development, planning, leadership, and coordination of the HR department's policies, personnel, and operations. They will also make sure that the organization's purpose, talent strategy, and office administration are all implemented in a way that complies with the law.

Responsibilities

• Works together with top leadership to comprehend the organization's recruiting, retention, and staffing objectives and strategy. Creating and carrying out hiring and onboarding procedures in accordance with the company's plan
• Plans, directs, creates, plans, organizes, and executes policies, procedures, training, projects, and surveys to support the organization's strategy and compliance requirements with regard to human resources.
• Oversees or manages the administration of human resource programs, such as pay, benefits, and leave; disciplinary actions; conflicts and investigations; performance and talent management; Occupational health and safety; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
• Determines the needs for hiring and staffing; creates and implements best practices for talent management and hiring.
• Carries out organizational trend research and analysis, including examining metrics and reports from the company's talent management or human resource information system (HRIS).
• Reviews and adjusts policies and procedures to preserve compliance; keeps an eye on and guarantees that the company complies with federal, state, and local employment rules and regulations as well as suggested best practices.
• Keeps up with the latest developments in employment law, talent management, human resources, and best practices. Uses this knowledge to inform higher management on changes in resources, policies, and practices.
• Create and carry out a departmental budget for staff.
• Helps HR employees with their training, certification, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Six years of experience at least at the same level
• A bachelor's degree in administration or human resources is necessary, as is prior management experience.
• Competencies: critical observation, emotional intelligence, strategic management, leadership, outstanding decision-making abilities, excellent teamwork, and effective communication.
• familiarity with or familiarity with labour legislation
• Outstanding communication abilities in English
