Overview

A Property Management Coordinator is needed to supervise and optimize property and facility management activities. This position is essential for managing properties efficiently, improving landlord and tenant satisfaction, and increasing income by working with you to coordinate a team of qualified property managers.

Responsibilities

• Assign maintenance requests to the most qualified professional or contractor for the project and oversee their completion. • Keep your contact details and property records current. • By carrying out quality inspections and making sure changes are made, you can make sure repairs fulfil quality requirements and are finished on schedule. • Use Limble checklists to do quarterly property reviews and pre-move-in inspections. • Keep thorough records of your property's inventory, including its equipment, fixtures, and furnishings. • Supervise tenant handovers, making sure all paperwork is appropriately signed and kept on file. • Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors to ensure competitive pricing. • In order to minimize tenant interruption during construction, oversee contractors. • Keep tabs on spending and authorize invoices to make sure pricing are consistent and terms of payment are met. • Determine ways to save costs without sacrificing the quality of the services. • Verify that properties follow emergency procedures and safety regulations. • Create emergency response strategies and put them into action. • Schedule property inspections and let landlords know when tenants are leaving. • In accordance with business rules and procedures, supervise required repairs and arrange deposit reimbursements.

Requirements

• Experience: At least five years in a comparable profession, such as property management. • Skills: Proven people management, multitasking ability, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. • Software Proficiency: Knowledge of property management software, such as LIMBLE, is advantageous. Proficiency with Excel is required. • Communication: Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities.
