Strategic HR development is the main responsibility of this position, which makes sure that all HR-related activities complement the organization's transformation strategy. HR strategies, policies, job analysis frameworks, performance management systems, and talent management plans will all be created and carried out by the HR manager.
• Create and put into action a thorough HR plan that supports corporate goals. • Oversee HR reorganization and transformation programs for the entire organization. • Encourage a culture of continual improvement by spearheading change management projects. • Make that HR efforts are in line with operational requirements and company goals. • Perform a thorough job analysis for every position in the company. • Verify and complete job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders. • Create and put into place a system for job evaluation and grading that ensures equity and competitiveness in the market. • Make sure all job descriptions adhere to legal requirements and represent company needs. • Create, evaluate, and execute HR policies and processes in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. • Verify adherence to regional labour laws, industry norms, and global human resources best practices. • Create and put into use a PMS (performance management system). • Educate managers and staff on performance reviews based on KPIs. • Encourage departmental implementation of the new PMS and make sure it is properly embraced. • Track and report performance results and trends while making the required corrections. • Create and put into effect a new pay scale based on the job grading scheme. • Ensure internal equality and market competitiveness by supervising the administration of payroll and benefits. • Create and oversee incentive and compensation plans. • Verify compliance with best practices and industry standards. • Surveys of employee engagement should be conducted, and action plans should be carried out. • Collaborate with the leadership to cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance. • Plan campaigns for internal communication to aid with change management. • Encourage programs for diversity, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
• Education: a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline. • Certifications (CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) are preferred. • Experience: at least 8–12 years in human resources, with at least 5 of those years spent in a managing capacity. • Experience in HR transformation or large-scale restructuring initiatives is preferred.
