Overview

The ideal applicant will have worked in the online ride-hailing sector for at least two years and will be well-versed in the networks of partners and investors that ride-hailing platforms use to buy cars. By establishing and maintaining strategic alliances, growing our clientele, and streamlining sales procedures, the sales manager will be important in propelling company expansion.

Responsibilities

• Find, establish, and maintain connections with partners and investors that buy cars for ride-hailing businesses.
• Create and put into action plans to draw in new vehicle partners and preserve enduring connections with current ones.
• Make sure that partnerships are mutually beneficial by negotiating terms and agreements with partners.
• To guarantee the successful integration and onboarding of new automobile partners, collaborate closely with stakeholders.
• Create and implement sales strategy to meet and surpass financial goals.
• Oversee a group of sales experts, offering direction, encouragement, and support.
• To find fresh company prospects, keep an eye on competition activity and industry trends.
• Improve sales procedures to increase efficacy and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Establish and preserve enduring bonds with important parties, such as partners, investors, and ride-hailing services.
• Serve as partners' main point of contact, answering their questions and guaranteeing their pleasure.
• Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings on behalf of the company.
• Monitor and evaluate sales results, reporting back to top management on a regular basis.
• To maximize sales efforts, pinpoint areas that require improvement and put remedial actions in place.

Requirements

• Experience: At least two years of employment in the online ride-hailing sector.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a similar discipline is recommended.
• Industry Knowledge: Excellent comprehension of investor networks and vehicle relationships in the ride-hailing space.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in company development and sales, with an emphasis on managing partnerships.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage sales teams and provide excellent outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to persuade and bargain with stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: The ability to recognize and seize commercial possibilities via strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
