Seeking a creative and data-driven Content & Growth Marketing Strategist to help the firm reach its revenue goals, establish itself as a thought leader in HR consulting, generate high-quality leads, and increase brand recognition.

Responsibilities

• Through digital platforms, assist the sales team in closing over ten contracts each month. • By carrying out focused digital advertising, you may help the business reach its yearly sales goal. • Run sponsored advertisements on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn that are optimized for conversions. • To boost conversion rates, create an automated lead nurturing strategy. • Every year, produce and disseminate more than ten case studies, success stories, and client endorsements. • Obtain five or more PR features and interviews in prestigious business, HR, and industry journals. • Using viral content, position the CEOs of People & Partners as opinion leaders on LinkedIn. • Create a high-impact content calendar for social media, email, LinkedIn, and blogs. • Every month, publish four or more high-quality blog entries about HR trends, case studies, and expertise. • Make interesting video material, such as HR videos, interviews, and success stories. • Start and oversee data-driven advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. • Maximize return on investment by optimizing cost-per-lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC). • Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing for lead pages. • Monitor and evaluate campaign results to improve marketing tactics. • Create a transparent service funnel for executive search, HR consultancy, and EOR. • To rank for the most popular HR-related keywords, use SEO best practices. • Make sure your website is optimized for mobile responsiveness, security, and performance. • To improve ties with important partners, start the Apricot Program. • Increase participation in a new thought leadership community or forum centered on HR. • Encourage customer retention and referral growth with email marketing and automation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline. It helps to have a master's degree. • A minimum of three years of expertise in growth marketing, content planning, or digital marketing. • strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. • Shown success in managing PPC, SEO, and SEM campaigns. • Competence in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and social media administration and growth tactics. Proficiency in creating material using Canva, Adobe Suite, or comparable technologies, including writing, graphic design, and video marketing.
