• Present clients with specialized interior design and outfitting solutions after doing market research to determine their demands. • Make compelling sales presentations and deliver them to prospective customers. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with current customers to guarantee recurring business and recommendations. • Recognize the demands of the customer, create project estimates, quotes, and proposals, negotiate and conclude sales agreements, and guarantee the best possible price and profit margin. • Keep up with rival activity and industry trends to get information and modify your sales tactics. • Reach and surpass monthly and yearly sales goals while assisting in the expansion of the business's total income. • Help customers with technical details and product information. • Create a monthly report on sales efforts for management's consideration and decision-making.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a similar discipline. • At least three years of demonstrated sales experience, ideally in the interior fittings and furniture manufacturing sectors, with a strong track record of hitting sales goals. • Communication, negotiation, and sales abilities • Persuasion and presentation abilities in customer relationship management • Understanding of architecture and design • Proficiency in the furniture or interior design sector and the capacity to operate in a dynamic setting • A business administration bachelor's degree or a similar discipline
