CCTV Operator

Overview

Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing surveillance systems to ensure the security and safety of people, property, and assets. They analyze live and recorded footage, report suspicious activities, and assist law enforcement or security teams when necessary

Responsibilities

• In charge of protecting the general public, preserving property, and guaranteeing data security in the hotel and its surroundings. • Additionally, you are in charge of keeping an eye on the hotel's live CCTV footage of all regions, including the public areas, guest floors, and entrances and exits. • Additionally, you recognize and address crises, safety risks, suspicious activity, and security branches. • Keep track of every occurrence and observation, including the date, time, place, and a description of what happened. You should also record and save any video that is captured. • You make sure the CCTV system is operating properly by reporting any malfunctions and resolving any technical problems.
