Overview

To increase product uptake, engagement, and retention through focused campaigns, customer education, and clear messaging, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with at least three years of experience. In order to make sure that clients comprehend and use our financial products efficiently, you will collaborate closely with the product, growth, and customer support teams in this position, which combines strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out marketing campaigns using email, push alerts, and in-app communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and onboarding. Optimize the customer journey by making sure that onboarding procedures go smoothly and that inactive users are re-engaged. • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate results to increase the efficacy of your campaign. Create enticing, unambiguous marketing for both new and current items. • Make sure users can readily comprehend how to use the platform by regularly updating and improving the Help Centre, FAQs, and in-app instructional information. • To cut down on support tickets, collaborate with customer service to pinpoint typical problems and provide self-serve product manuals. • Make sure the marketing, sales, and customer support teams are all on the same page as you plan and introduce new product features and upgrades. • Provide product explainer material (blog entries, landing pages, and app store descriptions) that explains the operation of the company's goods in detail. • Give the support and sales staff the appropriate product marketing materials, such as FAQs, demo videos, and one-pagers.

Requirements

• Three or more years of expertise in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field (ideally in consumer applications, SaaS, or fintech). • Strong communication and narrative abilities—the capacity to simplify and captivate complex financial goods. • Practical knowledge of lifecycle marketing tools, push alerts, and email marketing. • Expertise in overseeing consumer education materials (FAQs, how-to manuals, and help centres). • Data-driven mindset: at ease utilizing insights and data to maximize marketing. • The capacity to collaborate with teams from product, marketing, sales, and customer service across functional boundaries. • Familiarity with CRM tools and A/B testing
