The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
• Lead generation and conversion: Create and put into action plans to find, screen, and turn leads into paying clients. • Motivate and lead the sales force to meet predetermined goals. • Developing sales tactics and maintaining customer connections to increase revenue • Data analysis: Examine sales data to see patterns, monitor important indicators (such conversion rates and client acquisition costs), and improve sales tactics. • Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on the group's output, give frequent comments, and pinpoint areas that need work. • Focus on the Customer: Make sure that customers are happy and cultivate enduring connections with them.
• Skills in team management, leadership, and sales management • Strong communication and negotiating abilities, as well as expertise in developing sales strategies and client relationship management • Three years or more of sales experience • It will be beneficial to have a business, sales, marketing, or similar degree.
