The ideal applicant will be exceptional at forging alliances, coming up with creative hiring practices, and propelling the education sector's expansion.

Responsibilities

• To keep abreast with Ghanaian educational trends, evaluate the actions of competitors, and pinpoint prospective hiring areas for growth, do in-depth market research. • To improve efforts to recruit overseas students, find and form strategic alliances with Ghanaian institutions, educational consortia, and recruiting firms. • Oversee partnership agreements to make sure they are in line with the company's strategic objectives, maintain compliance, and keep an eye on their efficiency. • Create and implement sales and marketing tactics, such as creating marketing collateral, attending industry events, and giving presentations, to advertise the company's services to potential partners and students. • Use digital platforms, direct outreach, and active involvement in important educational fairs and seminars around Ghana to carry out focused recruiting efforts that increase awareness of the company's services. • Create a strong reporting structure to assess the success of partnership and recruiting tactics, using data analytics to guide decision-making. • Regularly inform stakeholders and senior management with strategic recommendations and insights derived from recruiting data.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, teaching, or a similar discipline is required; a master's degree is desirable. • a minimum of two years' experience in the higher education industry recruiting overseas students, along with a track record of hitting recruitment goals. • Thorough familiarity with international student visa laws, admissions procedures, and higher education systems. • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities, with the capacity to build trusting bonds with a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong strategic thinking, able to develop and carry out successful recruitment tactics to draw in students from different areas.
