Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist

Overview

You produce insights as the M&E Advisor that are pertinent to Business Unit Value Chain Transformations and external stakeholders. High-quality M&E outputs, such as KPI planning, interpretation, reporting, and third-party assessments, are guaranteed by the position. The M&E Advisor encourages data-driven strategies and a results-based management culture inside the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and quality control of KPI reporting throughout the procedures for the annual report and annual plan. • Help organizational stakeholders match M&E requirements with other deliverables. • Offer technical assistance with project and program design, making sure that programs have the right KPIs. • Work with program teams to coordinate external service providers' assessments, guaranteeing excellent deliveries that satisfy organizational requirements. • Oversee assessments and make sure the budget is followed. • Make sure the results of the assessment are shared and incorporated into decision-making and program enhancements. • Examine and evaluate monitoring data, both quantitative and qualitative. • Assist program personnel with reporting techniques and guarantee the quality assurance of reporting data. • Perform on-site verification and data validation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree that emphasizes analysis or something similar. • Five years or more of monitoring and evaluation experience is required. • It is advantageous to have experience in the environmental and/or agricultural fields. • Knowledge of systems transformation, private sector development, and value chains. • Knowledge of creating and using both quantitative and qualitative KPIs. • In managing and carrying out mixed-methods assessments. • Knowledge of digital monitoring systems and expertise with data visualization tools such as PowerBI. • English-speaking
