• Create and put into action efficient marketing strategy to upsell to current customers and sell insurance plans to new ones. • Reach or surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. • Employ strategies including cold calling, networking, internet platforms, recommendations, and more to identify opportunities and build trust with possible clients. • Establishing and preserving commercial ties with customers. • Find ways to upsell or cross-sell insurance-related goods and services. • Keep yourself updated on product advances, rivalry, and market trends. • Keep thorough records of all your client interactions and sales activity. • Assisting customers in expressing their present and future insurance requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Shown expertise in financial services or insurance sales. • Knowledgeable about a range of insurance products, including medical, property, fire, life, and vehicle insurance. • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. • The capacity to comprehend customer demands and provide tailored insurance recommendations. • Self-driven and goal-oriented, having a history of hitting or beyond sales goals.
