Data Architect

Overview

Seeking to employ a skilled data architect to use both contemporary and historic technologies in the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems. Technical know-how, strategic thinking, and a love of coaching and managing technical teams in a fast-paced setting are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Use technologies like SAP Business Objects, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake to design and build data architecture solutions. • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines and include ServiceNow and Azure DevOps processes. • Work with old systems, such as IBM DB2, Informatica, and SQL Server, to guarantee a smooth transition to contemporary platforms. • To facilitate data operations and transformations, write and optimise code in Python, XML, and SQL. • Mentor team members and effectively and clearly communicate difficult technological ideas.

Requirements

• Proficiency with the following contemporary tools: Control-M, SAP Business Objects, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake. • Proficiency with the following programming languages: XML, Python, and SQL. • Strong background in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines. • Familiarity with older systems like IBM DB2, Informatica, and SQL Server. • Knowledge of JSON, Power BI (a leading reporting tool), and consulting expertise. • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile approaches.
