Driving business growth and increasing the company's market presence are important tasks for the business development executive. Finding new business prospects, forming strategic alliances, and cultivating enduring connections with clients in a variety of sectors are all part of this function.
• Find and assess fresh business prospects in Ghana's oil and gas sector and other associated industries. To find possible areas for expansion, do market research to examine client wants, industry trends, and the competitive environment. • Create and carry out strategic business development plans to increase the company's market share and meet revenue goals. • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with both current and future customers by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions. • Oversee client talks to ensure alignment with business goals, including contract discussions, price agreements, and service level agreements. • Work together with internal departments, such as the finance, operations, and technical teams, to create proposals and provide clients with creative solutions. • To increase brand recognition and lead generation, represent the business at conferences, industry events, and networking gatherings. • To spot new possibilities and hazards, stay up to date on market dynamics, industry advancements, and legislative changes. • Track and report on sales results, market trends, pipeline status, and business development initiatives.
• One to two years of experience in customer relations, sales, or business development positions, ideally in the banking or financial services industry. • A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Shown performance in sales or business development positions in the oil and gas sector or allied fields. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust and rapport with customers. • Strong persuading and negotiating skills, with an emphasis on reaching win-win agreements. • Analytical abilities and strategic thinking are necessary to recognize possibilities, evaluate risks, and create winning business plans. • A results-driven attitude that is motivated to reach and surpass goals and deliveries. • The capacity to efficiently manage several tasks and priorities while working both individually and collaboratively.
