We are seeking a Leadership Learning and Training Lead who will be in charge of defining the needs for leadership learning and development as well as creating and delivering the agreed-upon local portfolio (in accordance with the principles of the Learning global strategy).
• Finding leadership voids at all organizational levels • Utilize the regional CoC resources and expertise to drive the design, development, and delivery of the chosen leadership learning portfolio. • Make that the local portfolio is in line with Nestlé's worldwide L&D strategy. • Coordinate the administration and supply local trainers to support the market's delivery of regional and worldwide learning and development solutions, if any exist. Deliver a selected collection of Leadership Learning modules and/or solutions at the regional level. • Provide suitable instruction and mentoring to impart leadership skills to all departments. • Determine each leadership learning solution's efficacy and how it influences high performance.
• Humanities and social science bachelor's or master's degree. • Seven years or more of human resources experience, preferably in a learning and development capacity. • Ability to think through and create suitable leadership learning solutions Resilience to guarantee goal delivery in the face of a changing environment or landscape • Capacity for creativity and curiosity • Credibility and personal charisma are essential for establishing solid business partnerships. • Political acuity, effective communication, good dispute resolution, and excellent people agility are all necessary for working well with a variety of individuals. • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to reach top executives in particular within the organization.
