To manage a group of real estate sales representatives and increase income, we are looking for a motivated and accomplished Sales Executive (Team Lead). The sales executive will be in charge of creating and carrying out strategic sales initiatives, overseeing the sales procedure, and encouraging a collaborative and high-achieving culture within their sales team.
• Create and carry out strategic sales programs to meet financial goals and corporate objectives. • Examine market trends, spot expansion prospects, and adjust your sales tactics accordingly. • Oversee and guide the sales force to optimize output and performance. Establish precise sales goals and KPIs, offer continuing coaching and training, and make sure that they are in line with the aims and objectives of the business. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with all of your clients, including developers, investors, purchasers, and property owners. • Throughout the sales process, offer individualized assistance and direction to guarantee customer loyalty and pleasure. • To increase the company's market visibility and produce new leads and referrals, find new business prospects and collaborations. Create and maintain strategic partnerships with important real estate sector players. • Encourage, inspire, and guide the sales team to reach their greatest potential. Encourage a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing development while praising and rewarding exceptional effort. • Keep up with changes in the real estate market's regulations, competitive developments, and industry trends. To find new possibilities and possible hazards, do market research and analysis. • Track and assess sales performance in relation to goals and KPIs. To monitor success, pinpoint areas for development, and make data-driven choices, provide reports and analyses on a regular basis.
• A degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a similar discipline • Five years or more of real estate sales experience, with a track record of hitting sales goals and increasing profits • Strong knowledge of the real estate sector, including its dynamics, trends, and laws; prior experience in a management or leadership position; and a track record of inspiring, motivating, and leading a high-achieving team • Strategic thinker capable of creating and implementing successful sales plans • Knowledge of CRM and sales management software
