Project/Operations Lead

Overview

Responsibilities

• Project & Operations Lead: Oversee and direct important projects and day-to-day activities while concentrating on achieving product-market fit. • Customer Lead: Establish and preserve solid bonds with clients to guarantee high degrees of involvement and contentment. • Stakeholder Lead: Promote cooperation and partnerships by interacting with important stakeholders in the Greater Accra area. • Teamwork: To speed up growth, collaborate closely with the founding team and offer strategic thoughts. • Problem-Solving: Take a proactive, solution-focused attitude to problems.

Requirements

• Ambition in the role of operations or project manager or similar experience. • Retail aspirations and knowledge of the Greater Accra area. • Although not required, prior startup or HealthTech experience is a bonus. • Executive attitude that combines tactical execution with strategic thinking. • Strong engagement and customer management abilities. • Outstanding ability to handle stakeholders. • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality combined with an entrepreneurial spirit. • Strong multitasking and organizing abilities. • Leadership abilities to take charge of projects and see them through to completion.
