Overview

The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating and carrying out strategic alliances, increasing sales, and broadening our company's customer base.

Responsibilities

• To create strategic alliances that support the aims and objectives of the business, find and target possible partners and organizations. • To increase business prospects, cultivate and preserve connections with important stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers. • To find new market trends, the competitive environment, and possible collaboration prospects, do market research and analysis. • To guarantee win-win outcomes, negotiate contracts, conditions, and collaboration agreements. • Work together with internal departments including operations, product development, and marketing to coordinate partnership efforts and ensure their effective execution. • Report partnership activity and market trends to management in a timely and accurate manner. • To spot any hazards or opportunities, keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry advancements. • Participate in conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings to raise the company's profile and build connections with important industry figures.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a similar discipline. An MBA is advantageous. • Shown history of fruitful collaborations in a business context. • Strong interpersonal, presenting, and negotiating abilities. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • The capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. • Results-oriented, having a good business sense and a strategic approach. • Proficiency with other sales tools and CRM software. • Understanding of market trends and the sector.
