By managing the promotion of real estate sales on several advertising platforms, creating sales pitches, and handling administrative duties, a marketing officer will play a crucial role as a middleman between buyers and sellers.
• Examine current listings, do market research, and update and maintain the company's website with available house listings. • Make connections with possible customers, assess their needs and financial capabilities, and offer solutions that highlight real estate to prospective buyers. • You will also be responsible for overseeing all client contacts and using advertising, open houses, and listing services to enhance sales in order to expand the partner base and increase sales volume. • Create and disseminate marketing collateral, control online presence, and keep an eye on further marketing campaigns. • Keep up with the latest developments in real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
• It is necessary to have a bachelor's degree in communications, administration, or a related discipline. • Two years or more of experience. • A proven track record of success in the workplace as a salesman or real estate agent is an extra benefit. • Competence with project management tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office. • Have an understanding of the real estate market • Excellent communication, sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills together with the capacity to operate autonomously.
