Marketing and Sales officer

Overview

To join our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Officer who has at least five years of proven expertise in marketing and sales and who is passionate about advancing our brand in both domestic and foreign markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out strategic plans for sales and marketing to meet business goals. • Find and investigate fresh company prospects in domestic and international markets. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with partners, distributors, and customers. • To find trends, consumer demands, and expansion prospects, do market research. • Oversee and carry out trade exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives to highlight the company's goods. • Work together with the production crew to guarantee that client orders are completed quickly. • Create and deliver ideas and presentations to potential customers. • To enhance strategy, track and evaluate market feedback and sales success. • Oversee the business's offline and online presence to increase brand awareness. • Make ensuring that sales activity and outcomes are reported accurately and on time.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • A minimum of five years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the export or agriculture industries. • Strong understanding of customer relationship management, market research, and sales concepts. • Shown aptitude for creating and implementing effective marketing and sales plans. • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing technologies. • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Willingness to travel and attend events on behalf of the firm.
