Overview

The chosen applicant will be in charge of making sure that our network infrastructure, computer systems, and software programs—including Odoo—run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, network equipment, and computer systems is known as system administration. • Odoo Administration: Oversee the development, integration, and customization of modules for Odoo systems. • Network management: Make sure that the routers, switches, and firewalls that make up the network infrastructure are stable and secure. • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software programs, including as operating systems, productivity software, and specialized apps, is known as software management. • Troubleshooting: Locate and fix technical problems, such as software and hardware malfunctions. • Security: Put in place and keep up security measures, such as firewalls, access restrictions, and virus protection, to guard against online dangers. • Backup and Recovery: To guarantee company continuity, create and put into place backup and recovery protocols. User Support: Offer users technical assistance and instruction, including best practices, direction, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Education: a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline. • Expertise: Three years or more of systems management expertise, with a particular emphasis on Odoo systems. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Odoo systems, including HR, CRM, and ERP The operating systems Linux and Windows - Software programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) - Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, and HCP) • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certificates (or their equivalents) are examples of certifications. • Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
