Overview

Your daily responsibilities as a Technical Sales Executive will include generating new leads, responding to consumer enquiries, demonstrating products, negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, and offering customers technical assistance and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for meeting the management-established monthly sales goals. • Accountable for establishing and preserving connections with clients and making sure their requirements are always met. • Depending on the zone or region to which you are allocated, you will be in charge of increasing sales of goods and services for every market segment of the company. • Identify patterns and advise management on which items and services clients are most likely to use by creating and submitting sales statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Recognize the needs of customers for catering equipment. • Recognize what consumers want from frozen food items. • Preserving and growing ties with current clients through in-person interactions, phone conversations, emails, and database updates. • Coordinating with the technical and operational teams to provide and deliver goods and services following a transaction. • After-sale assistance tracking and payment follow-up. • Examine market trends and demand for contemporary foodservice equipment. • Know the prices of the main kitchen appliances and create marketing and sales plans. • Creating quotes and a sales proposal

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; technical knowledge of hospitality kitchen, laundry, and operations equipment; and the capacity to establish and preserve relationships with clients • shown ability to reach and surpass sales goals • Self-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude • Outstanding ability to solve problems and make decisions • Knowledge of CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite • Understanding of market trends and the hospitality sector • A bachelor's degree in business, hotel management, or a similar discipline is preferred. Technical sales or hospitality sector expertise is also advantageous.
